Sagihharius

"Sagihharius" is a collection of some of the first songs I finished in the first two thirds of 2024, when I began learning to make music. I challenged myself to bring some of the small musical sketches and tests to a final product and came out with 10 songs. You'll likely hear the evidence of someone just starting out but maybe that's what gives these tracks their charm.

Most of the tracks here use some variety of sampling from a number of sources; some come from a service I used to use that provided royalty free samples for a monthly fee so that's why you may hear some rather well recorded vocals here and there. Other samples are taken from movies or videos I've collected over time and, as far as I'm concerned, if there was ever a copyright claim against them, then I've actually had traction with my music and that's a good thing.

Finding a moniker is difficult so I went with Sagihharius for a time but, ultimately, dropped it in favour of just using my actual name.

While these were all finished in 2024, I remixed most in 2026 to make them clearer and more consistent, though some remain pretty muddled as I was (and still am) learning how to balance and mix music.
